About ShebaUp

dev.shebaup.com is a platform that helps patients discover doctors and request or manage appointments. We provide technology and booking tools; we do not provide medical care and are not a clinic, hospital, or medical emergency service.

Doctor availability and appointments

Doctors and their chambers are responsible for their own schedules, availability, attendance, serial management, consultation fees, treatment, and communications. A booking through ShebaUp does not guarantee that a doctor will be on time, available, or able to see every patient.

ShebaUp is not responsible if a doctor is late or absent, if a patient misses a visit because of delays or serial-management issues, if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, or if a doctor changes consultation charges without notice. Please confirm the appointment time, location, serial, and fee directly with the doctor or chamber before travelling.

Medical decisions and emergencies

Information on the platform is for appointment-related purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not delay emergency care because of information or an appointment shown on ShebaUp. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and booking information, keep your account secure, arrive according to the chamber's instructions, and promptly update or cancel appointments you cannot attend. You must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

Platform limitations

We work to keep information accurate and the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that doctor profiles, schedules, fees, locations, and availability are complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, ShebaUp is not liable for losses, costs, missed appointments, medical outcomes, or disputes arising from a doctor's services, chamber operations, third-party information, connectivity problems, or use of the platform.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have questions about these terms or a booking, please contact the relevant doctor or chamber first.
